Frequently asked questions
Open the trail page you are interested in and click the green "Download GPX track" button. The file will open in navigation apps like Komoot, Wikiloc, Garmin Connect or directly on your GPS.
Tracks marked as "Official" come from campigliodolomiti.it and are verified. However, we always recommend carrying a map and checking trail conditions before departure.
Hiking trails are generally accessible from June to October. Snowshoe trails from December to March. Cycling routes from May to October. Via ferrata from July to September. Always check weather and conditions.
For hiking, mountain boots, layered clothing and water are sufficient. For via ferrata you need a complete kit (harness, energy absorber, helmet). For snowshoeing you need snowshoes, poles and winter clothing.
Trails rated "Easy" are generally suitable for families with children. Always check the distance and elevation on the trail page. Many paths around Madonna di Campiglio are also accessible with a stroller.
Each trail page has a "How to get there" section with direct links to Google Maps, Waze and Apple Maps for navigation to the starting point.
