The trail

Cima Pissalat con le ciaspole is a snowshoe itinerary in the area of Tione di Trento, in the heart of the Brenta Dolomites and the Adamello Brenta Natural Park. The trail winds through forests and mountain meadows, between 1234m and 1940m altitude. The ascent to the summit rewards with breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding Brenta Dolomites and Adamello peaks.

The total length of the trail is 10.2 km. with an elevation gain of 706m and descent of 926m. The estimated walking time is approximately 6h 24min. Altitude ranges from 1234m to 1940m. Difficulty and tips

The trail is of moderate difficulty, suitable for hikers with basic fitness. Sure-footedness and proper footwear are required. Some sections may be more demanding. Recommended period: winter (December-March), with adequate snow coverage. Check snow conditions and avalanche bulletin before departure.
