Laghi di San Giuliano

The trail

Laghi di San Giuliano is a hiking trail in the area of Massimeno, in the heart of the Brenta Dolomites and the Adamello Brenta Natural Park. The trail winds through forests and mountain meadows, between 720m and 1950m altitude. A trail offering views of beautiful alpine lakes, set in pristine natural scenery.

The total length of the trail is 8.0 km. with an elevation gain of 500m and descent of 500m. The estimated walking time is approximately 3h 30min. Altitude ranges from 720m to 1950m. This is a circular route returning to the starting point. The GPX track available for download is official and verified.

Difficulty and tips

The trail is of moderate difficulty, suitable for hikers with basic fitness. Sure-footedness and proper footwear are required. Some sections may be more demanding. Recommended period: May to November, depending on weather conditions. Always check the weather forecast before departure and inquire about trail conditions.
