Malga Praino e Malga Valsorda

The trail

Malga Praino e Malga Valsorda is a hiking trail in the area of Tione di Trento, in the heart of the Brenta Dolomites and the Adamello Brenta Natural Park. The trail winds through forests and mountain meadows, between 1180m and 1770m altitude. The trail leads to a traditional alpine dairy farm, a testament to Trentino pastoral heritage.

The total length of the trail is 9.2 km. with an elevation gain of 589m and descent of 717m. The estimated walking time is approximately 4h 6min. Altitude ranges from 1180m to 1770m. The trail is of moderate difficulty, suitable for hikers with basic fitness. Sure-footedness and proper footwear are required. Some sections may be more demanding.
