The trail

Val di Lares - La Via delle Valli is a hiking trail in the area of Caderzone Terme, in the heart of the Brenta Dolomites and the Adamello Brenta Natural Park. The trail reaches 2655m altitude, in a high alpine environment.

The total length of the trail is 14.5 km. with an elevation gain of 1532m and descent of 1774m. The estimated walking time is approximately 8h 0min. Altitude ranges from 1123m to 2655m. Difficulty and tips

The trail is of moderate difficulty, suitable for hikers with basic fitness. Sure-footedness and proper footwear are required. Some sections may be more demanding. Recommended period: July to September, when the trail is snow-free. In spring and autumn residual snow patches may be present. Always check the weather forecast before departure and inquire about trail conditions.
