Valle Danerba - La Via delle Valli

The trail

Valle Danerba - La Via delle Valli is a hiking trail in the area of Tione di Trento, in the heart of the Brenta Dolomites and the Adamello Brenta Natural Park. The trail reaches 2715m altitude, in a high alpine environment.

The total length of the trail is 13.3 km. with an elevation gain of 1483m and descent of 1635m. The estimated walking time is approximately 7h 30min. Altitude ranges from 1232m to 2715m. This is a circular route returning to the starting point. The GPX track available for download is official and verified.

Difficulty and tips

The trail is of moderate difficulty, suitable for hikers with basic fitness. Sure-footedness and proper footwear are required. Some sections may be more demanding. Recommended period: July to September, when the trail is snow-free. In spring and autumn residual snow patches may be present. Always check the weather forecast before departure and inquire about trail conditions.
