The Chiesa di Sant'Antonio in Carisolo is a place of worship dedicated to Saint Anthony of Padua, one of the most beloved saints in Alpine popular devotion. The church, with its position in the village's historic fabric, is an important religious landmark for the local community, at the entrance to the spectacular Val Genova.

Carisolo boasts one of the highest concentrations of sacred buildings in Val Rendena, testifying to the deep bond between faith and daily life in these mountain communities. The valley, evangelised by Saint Vigilius in the 4th century, preserves a heritage of sacred art of exceptional value, enriched over the centuries by the Baschenis masters and other artistic workshops active in Renaissance Trentino.
