5 Lakes Circuit – The Most Famous Hike in the Brenta Dolomites

The 5 Lakes Circular Hike (Giro dei 5 Laghi) is one of the most famous and spectacular circular hikes in the entire Alps. Located near Madonna di Campiglio, this trail connects six stunning alpine lakes: Ritorto, Lambin, Nero, Gelato, Serodoli, and Nambino.

• Elevation gain: approx. 800m
• Difficulty: medium-high
• Starting point: Patascoss parking area

The trail passes through Rifugio Pancugolo and offers breathtaking views of the Brenta Dolomites. Each lake has its own unique character, with waters ranging from emerald green to deep blue. A must-do experience in the Adamello Brenta Nature Park.
